Founder, Inspect Jet
Kiara Hodge is the founder of Inspect Jet and a private aviation professional with more than a decade of experience spanning aircraft operators, charter brokerage, private flight support, and government work.
Her aviation education began long before it became her career. Hodge is the daughter of a 30 year veteran professional pilot whose flying experience included the Citation X, Citation Latitude, and Citation Longitude. From an early age, she learned to look beyond the aircraft itself and understand the operational details behind a successful trip, including what can change, what needs to be anticipated, and what passengers rarely see.
She later built her own career inside private aviation, working with operators, supporting private flights, and brokering transactions across a wide range of missions. That combination of operational exposure, commercial experience, and firsthand mentorship gave her a view of the industry from multiple sides of the transaction.
